Hii, i?m 23 male, from past few days i?ve been noticing blood in my stool and bowel (bright red) and pain while doing, i?m very concerned about it after researching my symptoms it looks like internal hemorrhoid but i?m not sure, can it be cured with just diet and remedies or is it necessary to see a doctor which for i?m obviously not comfortable:(
