Hi, accroding to your height your weight is little bit increase. Your ideal body weight is 81kg. If you want to lose weight. You should go for 45 minutes brisk walk in the morning. Take lukewarm water with half spoon methidana powder in the morning. Take small and frequent meals. Drink more water in a day. Take salad before meals. Take sprouts and fruits. Avoid rice at night.
