Hi lybrate-userfollow these guidelines. Do regular exercise like weight lifting, yoga, push ups and other muscle building. Eat extra. Do not skip meals. Eat more frequently than before. Use refined foods extra. Use dense fruits, vegetables. Use whole cream milk. Take more fish, egg, meat etc. Use more healthy fats. Avoid smoking, alcohol. Drink plenty of water but not just before or during meals.

Do regular exercise in early morning. Begin your day with a bowl of overnight soaked soyabean, also add protein - x powder to milk and drink in morning and evening. Take 2 banana with warm milk in the morning. Include protein rich food in your diet. Fluids should not be taken before or with a meal but only after a meal so that food intake is not reduced. Enough fluid must be taken so as to avoid constipation. Avoid junk food.
