I'm 19 year old college going student, I'm trying to get in shape, but due to busy schedule I'm unable to eat properly, I don't eat junk foods or soft drink it any bakery or sugar but sometime I have to skip meals unwillingly. I'm trying to keep everything on track. And one thing I noticed that I eat or don't eat but still I look the same. I mean I'm not losing anything. What should I do. My weight is constant since 3-4 years. I'm 65 kg and my height is 5'5. What should I do? Please suggest something that will work for me. I'm having trouble area on my thighs and a little belly fat. U.
