As per test report, my vitamin d level is 45 nmol/l against specification = 75-250 anmol/l. Please advice whether I can take vitamin d sachet having 60,000 iu (1gm) in one week or should I take normal supplement having 400-600iu. Are there any side effects of taking more qty of vitamin d i.e. 60, 000iu?

You can use vitamin d 60k units weekly once for 4 weeks and you can stop it and it does not have any side effects so nothing to worry about it.

You should have to take vitamine d on regulat basis because its a fat soluble vitamine so there is toxicity also so consult properly via personal text message to me.
