My name is khushal and i'm 29 year old. I been suffering from nasal blockage problem (lots of mucus discharge from my nose and discharge mostly is thicker milkish white and its too thick and I can see my nose from inside and seen blockage my be due to inflammation or polyp. Right side of nose totally blocked). I have consulted with the allopathic treatment 2 year back and doctor asked me for a nasal surgery but I didn't want to go for surgery. Allopathic medicine I had taken till date which have me relief - cefalexin 500 mg bd - general cold medicine bd - methylprednisolone 4 mg bd these medicines gives me relief and when I stop taking then problem start occurring again. Now currently undergoing few homeopathy treatment but didn't get relief. Medicine taken till date mixture of:- lemna minor - teucrium - sanguinaria c - kali bichromicum - amm carb - hydrastis please provide best course. I'm fed up with the problem. Request pls suggest on homeopathy treatment.

Cover your nose and mouth with hanky for at least 30 sec when you go in dusty areas also when you go in and out of ac. Blow your nose often (and the right way)-- it's important to blow your nose regularly when you have a cold rather than sniffling mucus back into your head. But when you blow hard, pressure can carry germ-carrying phlegm back into your ear passages, causing earache.
