She is 27years old housewife, from last 5 month she is having a severe muscular pain on her right upper hand (biceps), back and neck. We have consulted neurologist but we cannot find any nerve damage and we were said it is a muscle pain so there is no need of any nerve issue. Then we consulted an orthopaedic and done x-rays of the right shoulder, back and neck. But there also nothing can be seen as bone dislocation, fracture or bone related issue. There also the doctor told us it a muscle pain. She was taking prescribed medicine for a week for the pain but now her right hand biceps muscle has a bit swollen and she is having immense pain. Please suggest why this pain is happening and its cure.

Dear lybrate-user, the pattern of pain you r describing suggests it might be cervical of neck. Get x-ray or mri done to rule out any structural joint abnormalities. Meanwhile, go for ayurveda's panchkarma therapy - we have many option for you - greeva basti (specialized procedure for neck pains), localised massgae with herbal oils, localised medicated steam, pottali massage. Continue these procedures for atleast 15 days. Regular oiling of the joint will improve the lubrication also. These procedures will relax your neck muscles and give strength to your nerves and muscles of neck. Also start some yogic exercises - tadasana, dhanurasan, halasana along with these therapies. Avoid using big pillow. Do not read or use gadets while lying on bed. This will greatly help. Although some herbal medicines might also help you but after proper history taking.

Dear lybrate-user ji, as you told that you have consulted both neuro & othro. They both said its only muscular pain. And prescribed deffer medicines. I suggested that you had once go to physiotherapy near by you. Bring all your x-ray and diagnostics reports. I definitely said you find much better results there.
