Sir I am 21 years old I am suffering from enamel erosion. I always brush twice with fluoride paste called (sensoform) but still problem is there and due to this it also causing cavity in teeth .whenever I noticed it I visit doctor and get it removed in early stage but its not working I still getting cavity on other tooth. I am very worried about my condition. Please help.

There r many reasons which leads to cavity formation on teeth. U can prevent it by using fluoride toothpaste and maintaining oral hygiene. Meanwhile plss get any cavity restored by dentist at the earliest .and please let doctor decide the best toothpaste for you. Several toothpastes are prescribed depending upon the condition of the teeth which patient can't decide.

You are probably brushing too hard ( may be using hard bristles brush). Instead of changing the toothpaste, change the tooth brush ( switch over to soft bristles one) and be gentle with brushing force. You will not have any more erosion.
