My friend is 22 and she had had a scan and it says an anteverted uterus measuring 61 mm�31 mm�55 mm in longitudinal x ap and transverse diameter respectively with homogeneous myometrial echotexture. The uterine outline is regular. The endometrial cavity is effected. However there is a mild fluid at the pouch of douglas. There is an anechoic cystic mass at the right adnexa measuring 22mmx 14 mm in diameter while the left adnexa is freeimpression1. Ovarian cyst2. Pelvic inflammation disease.
