Hello mam I am shaista recently 21 april ko meri normal delivery hui uske baad se mein thyroid ki 75 mg thyrox lena band krdi or anxiety panic attacks k liye eslscitalopram bhi band kr di uske baad se meri anxiety bohot badh gai h, shortness of breath, tight n choked neck, unable to enjoy things, fear for no reason, shakiness of body, bohot zyada stress feel ho raha, Dr. ne kaha k abi breastfeeding krwa rahe ho to escitalpram or thyrox mt lo wrna baby ko bhi woi dawa pet me jayngi. Ab samaj me nahi arha mere ke me kya kru anxiety bht preshan kr rhi h.me baby ko properly feeding b ni karwa paa rhi ghbrahat hone lgti h chotu choti baat pr please mam help.

Dear lybrate-user, I believe you require a second opinion esp regarding the medication for hypothyroidism. For panic attack you can alternatively go to a homeopath if there is any. For depression & anxiety you definitely require to consult with a psycholgist to undo it on permanent basis. Hello Lybrate user, I can understand your problem. I think need to consult your psychiatrist and let the Dr. know that you have a baby & doing breastfeeding. Also explain the current symptoms which you r facing after delivery so the Dr. will prescribe the medicine accordingly or else suggest you the other way to descrease the symptoms of anxiety like therapy sessions etc. Only one thing is important without consulting to Dr. don't take any type of medicine as you r breastfeeding a baby so consult a Dr. as soon as possible.
