Your heel posture is not in right direction on weight bearing. Due to weak calf muscle, flat foot. Don't worry do these steps:- 1. For pain relief use hot water bottle take your foot on bottle and gentle push and move forward backward massage for 5min. 2. Stand on toes of both legs for 10 counts then relaxe do it for 15 times. 3. Ankle stretching by towel 5 times. 4. If arch of your foot soul is reduce then use arch orthotics.
