Its almost 13 months of my quit smoking. Over come many effects of smoking cessation under guidance and advice from doctors. Now a weird issue with me 1. Whenever someone do smoke near me my entire body feels very weird, feelings like light head or headache occur from out of the blue, my face and neck feels tight and my saliva starts filled up my throat 2. My lower jaw becomes tight I feel like I am not able to open my mouth normally on advice from cari doctors I have been to dentist, cardio,neuro, ent and de addiction opd. Than cari doctor who examined me at first said not to worry just be on track but I found it very hard most of the time cause I am not able to control these weird things or feelings. I usually sit down, close my eye and breath. After few minutes my body become normal but those 5, 10 minutes always hard for me to face. Doctor always advice to me that I must have a well planned diet and lifestyle for at least next 12 months .he always rejects any kind of medicine saying you should not depend on them any advice.
