Hello, I suffered from rectal prolapse since last three days, took herbal medicines right and muscle, but it did not make any difference so I took tramadol and phlogin then I felt relief from swelling and pain. I did sexual intercourse same night suddenly during foreplay penis erection failed in few minutes and could not perform sex. During foreplay drops of liquid discharge also from penis and erection failed. Does this medicine cause erection dysfunction? Please inform so I will stop taking these medicines.
