I am 29 years old lady. My height is 5.5 ft. My weight is 85 kg. It was 103kgs before 7months ago. I follow diet plan. Avoid junk food oily food. And do exercise twice in a day. I have hypothyroidism. I have a child of 4years. I want me in 65kgs. How it is possible. Please help me.
