Hi doctor my self Nadeem nd I have some query actually my hair are falling and I have tried most of the shampoo of hair fall but still I didn't get any solution would you please suggest me something which can stop my hair fall problem. Thx.

DEAR Lybrate USER. You have to follow some basic things so that you get better results in a short period of time. ?. 1) avoid oily, spicy, junk, fermented and stale foods. 2) sleep upto 10.30 pm 3) avoid coffee and tea?. 4) avoid use of any hair oil, soap?for 15-30 days? A) take 30ml of AUDUMBARAVLEHA and 10 ml of honey early in the morning on empty stomach and at night before sleep. B) take 2-2 tablets of lakshyadi guggul with audumbaravleha?. C) take 2 tsf of FLAX SEEDS along with 2 tsf of jiggery and 2 tablets of LEELAVILAS RASA after meals?. D) apply equal quantity mixture of fresh lemon juice and aloe vera juice on the roots of hairs?. Leave it for 30-45 minutes?. After that wash hairs with ROOTZ SHAMPOO (rajah ayurveda) two times in a week??E) take 3 tsf of SHATAVARI KALPA along with 250 ml of lukewarm milk early in the morning instead of breakfast?? do all things for 30 days. These things are much more effective. Consult to me for further suggestion. THANKS.
