My hair are very thin and dandruff also comes often although I try to remove it. But also my hair is very thin and weak and brittle. I'm losing a lot of hair. But I'm not stressed, I follow a good diet, I drink water, moderate exercise, I eat walnuts etc also but still nothing is helping much. My hair are silky and super shiny but very less.
