I am 47 years old man suffering from back ache for 6 months. It feels more when sleepping and concentrate centre of back. Doctor advised to exercise as it is disc bulging. But no better feeling still.

Along with concerned do breathing exercises too for 15 minutes day & evening time and at home have hot water and cold water fomentation thrice a day for 10 days of 15 minutes duration each time.
