Doctor I am 47 years female pah patient. Taking riciogat 1 mg 3 times a day and opsutan tablet n also taking oxygen n dytor 5 mg in morning after 1 or two days. Facing two issues currently: 1. Heart rate rise all of sudden many times. 2. Feeling stomach heaviness after taking meal. Is it gas or fluid can be build up in stomach. Urine output is ok. 6- 7 times in a day without dytor tablet. Should I takes dytor tablet regular. But after dytor tablet I feel very weak n drowsy n also sometimes light pain in lower abdomen n urine area.
