Hello doctors, doctor! now a days I am getting "sleep-paralysis" too frequently. Every second night I get sleep-paralysis. I want to know that why am I getting it. Is it a symptoms of any disease. Please suggest that what should I do that I could be free from sleep-paralysis. Sleep-paralysis is very fearful feeling. Please help me doctor!

Start doing yoga, do regular exercise, wake up early go for walk or jogging, this is very much curable, don't worry, well this can be associated with depression, anxiety, hyoertension can be a cause of it.
