Hi, Exercise helps to burn fats (cholesterol). Make sure to use less oil in your diet. Include fruits,green leafy vegetables ,salads in diet. Drink plenty of water 3-4liters per day. Eat Oats daily as it contains high fiber and helps in reducing fats effectively. Avoid bakery products and too much of fermented food Avoid junk food
