I have never had regular periods since I started having periods at age .i am 25 now and I rarely get natural period (once or none a year. My doctor said it was pcos but is it something else? I was given combination birth control pills first. It made everything worse and I started developing symptoms I have never had before (like chin hair and hair fall. After that I was prescribed chirocyst tab but when I took it I felt so weak physically and I stopped using it. Could it be anything other than pcos? My thyroid and other tests were normal. Note: I used to dance a lot when I was young. When I stopped dancing I started gaining a lot of weight. Now I do moderate exercises only. Like walking and keep myself active with swimming on some days. I cannot control my weight despite me doing everything necessary. I have no idea what to do. Please help. I'm doubting if this is something other than pcos because I never got period even in those years when was perfectly healthy with normal weight.
