I am 40 year old with 58 kg weight and obese body structured working lady. I wish to do the skipping for weight loss but in 2 different incident I had fractured in both my foot ankle. Which is always feel paining when I have to stood a long or trying for some workout. I have not able to spare time for workout or go for a walk due to my heck-tick work timing 5.30 to around 10.30 office and household works and two kids (15yr and 5yr). I'm not interested in any type of junk food, oily / spicy food and never use any type of artificial / packed food product in my regular life. I need advice to reduce weight from 58kg and westline from 42. I also need advise to reduce my food pain from ankle to toe.
