Rinse with water after 20 minutes. Lactic acid has gentle alpha hydroxy acids (AHAs). 4) Potato juice has mild bleaching properties and is rich in vitamin C. This naturally lightens skin by clearing dead skin cells and reduces melanin production preventing dark skin. 3) Acne: You can control mild acne with basic skin care: 1) Use a good facewash like clean and clear or Himalya neem. 2) Use antidandruff shampoo if acne are localized on your forehead. 3) Do not pick at your acne or they might leave scars. 4) Keep your hair cut short so that they do not fall on your forehead. 5) Drink 8-10 glasses water daily. 6) Destress yourself as stress is a known trigger for acne.
