It's only 50 and I'm very thin. 2.1 year ago I completed my degree of b. Com and now working in mnc in night shift from 1 year. 3. My shift timings is at 3: 30pm to 12: 30am. I reach home by 1: 30 am. 4. I get lots of sweats from my hand and leg palms and I think even this is making me thin. 5. I'm not getting urge /desire to eat food correctly may be because of no sleep on timely basis. 5. I always feel to masturbate and I do it many times a day. I request you to suggest me what routine I have to follow in night shift and what do's and don't? I want to improve my physic and look good by gaining some wait.
