Hello everyone. I am hitting gym at morning and I am taking 5 boiled egg whites with 500ml milk as post workout meal but I am baffled about pre workout meal, currently I am using 2 bananas.
Please suggest me a PRE WORKOUT MEAL FOR MAXIMUM MUSCLE GROWTH.

Plan on eating 30 minutes to two hours before working out, depending the time of workout and on how large a meal you have. This is important because you want the energy from the meal you just ate without it sitting heavy in your stomach while you are working out. A high-carbohydrate, low-fat meal that has a moderate amount of protein is easy to digest and will help you maintain your blood sugar. Examples of a great pre-workout meal include potato/ fruit, an egg whites and a piece or a fruit smoothie or a fruit yoghurt which has just the right amount of carbohydrates and protein.
