I am a 21 year old female and my weight is 47kg and height is around 5 feet 6 inches and I have good eating habits and still I am not able to regain my weight from last four years what should I do to increase weight?

your diet should be rich in proteins and carbohydrates i.e dairy products,non-veg,fruits(banana,dates,mango,anzeer.)go for gym for 1 hour everyday
