The bleeding will be okay in few days. Get your cavities filled before the caries extend to the nerves.

Hi, I would advise you to go softly on plaque (soft food deposits on teeth). The aim of brushing your teeth is to remove plaque, which is basically the white- or cream-colored sticky material which causes decay. Plaque is made up of bacteria, residues from saliva, and bits of food. People think the harder you brush, the better you're going to clean that plaque off. But plaque is actually soft. It does not require unnecessary force. If you brush hard, you will hurt your gums, which will inevitably lead to bleeding. As for your cavities, I advise you to get them checked at the earliest date, and get them filled/treated. Hope that helps.

Hello dear, it seems you are facing problem of bleeding gums, it is not necessary that you have bleeding gums due to rashly done brushing but your gums may be swollen and your teeth may need scaling. Sometimes while doing brushing quickly or harshly the bristles of brush may cause injury to gingiva which may cause bleeding. As you told that you have many cavities certainly some of your tooth may be broken and may cause bleeding.
