2 months ago, due to straining I got a tear in my anus. After 2 weeks I started noticing that its so painful there during and after bowel movement for about 2,3 hours. Now there is a tiny skin which hangs out from the anus. What is that? But no pain there. I am doing sit bath regularly and started consuming fibre foods. Now there is a little relief from the pain. Sometimes I feels bloated.
