How to loose weight without dieting & exercise? I am feeling lazy most of time. So pls advice.

Proper diet and regular exercise will help you to lose weight. Do regular exercise like swimming, skipping, yoga etc. Avoid sugar, sweetened juice etc. Avoid fast foods, junk foods etc. Use unrefined foods. Extra fish, lean meat etc will help to reduce extra body fat. Drink plenty of water specially before meals.
