Hello firts do not walk for longer period of tym for a week and stand dnt bend years knee more than 90 angle put ice pack on knee of 8 to 10 min and in a day 3 times after dis put ice pack and doletia relx gel it give you some relf aftr that you can start some exercise for knee for a week if pain dose not go than you can visit near physiotherapy center to take ift. For 5 days.
