I am 47 years old. I'm a BP patient and I do consume alcohol. I'm observing that my hands tend to shake. For instance, when I'm having my food with right hand they shake and even my head shakes a little when I'm in anger or during adrenaline. First I thought of not asking this question because I found it a little embarrassing but I'm posting this question because my kids and my wife observed it. Please help.

Dear Mr. Lybrate-user, your problem is quite common in cases of long standing addiction of alcohol. You need to stop taking alcohol immediately. However I can understand that is not so easy to quit such an addiction. It will need a lot of will power to abstain yourself from alcohol. Here I am stating few rules which will effectively help you. Firstly:- reduce the amount of alcohol you consume daily. Secondly:- do not drink alcohol too quickly. A 30 ml peg of alcohol needs upto 30 minutes to get absorbed in our body. Third:- mix 60 drops of homoeopathic mother tincture acid sulph q in the water with which you will prepare your peg. Follow the aforesaid rules daily. Within 15 days your craving for alcohol will be reduced.
