Age 28. accidentally spilled hot boiling water in my right testicle. No burn but it pains a lot. Pain is radiating to abdomen. Will it cause any long term problem.

In scalds and burns first aid is very important --apply cool water continuously for 5-10 minutes-- so that the damage of inner tissue due to the heat can be minimized --hope you had done this. Now you are advised to have a check up by a surgeon--they will assess the extent of tissue damage and degree of scald and will prescribe you local applications ;antibiotics; analgesics and anti-inflammatory agents ;vitamins and probiotics. They will do local dressing 'if needed. If blisters are formed --please don't crack them --as it contains protective serous sterile fluid which will help in healing process. The chances of long term problem is less -as it is a scald --where the tissue damage will be usually only superficial. Take rest for few days--avoid long walking ;cycling etc-- which will cause friction on damaged tissue. Be happy and confident.--you will be ok soon. Not necessarily however take care and medicine properly..
If this does not go even after 2 weeks do a USG of testicles to rule out any abnormalities
