Undergone c sec on 15 dec 2021. On 5 january there was hard stool which lead to bleeding. Till 3 days the stool was hard. So I started taking liquids and laxative. After 15 days again the stool was hard even after changing my lifestyle habits and taking laxative too. It's been more than a month. I am taking laxative. How long should I take laxative cz when I try to avoid it I face hard stool prob which leads to bleeding and immense pain. Also there is a skin tag. Is it piles or anal fissure as there is a skin tag also? And f how long should I take laxative? How to get rid of this problem?

Few things are necesary after c-sec to avoid constipation: Diet rich in fibre, plenty of fluids , and most importantly mobility.Make sure you move about enough.Normally constipation sould not last this long. You can continue laxatives(provided you are consuming one that is safe during breastfeeding) for a few more days( bcos constipation needs to be avoided at any cost),but please increase the other factors so that you can stop laxatives after that. You can apply proctosedyl cream two to three times daily for ta few days for relief from the anal fissure.
