I saw a derm a few weeks back and she told me that I don't have active acne now, just dullness and pih and gave me a few antibiotics, faceclin for day, lumivoid for night time, she told me to continue with my normal cleanser which is cetaphil basic cleanser for all face types and she told me to continue using few drops of almond oil as moisturizer. She told me that she is not giving any "harsh" treatments to me as I am just 19 and my face is healing, I don't know if she noticed or not but my face is having a lot of small bumps, a bit of male. Whiteheads too I guess. It is not visible much in normal lighting but when I am in a certain light those bumps and all are visible and makes me feel that my skin is not completely healed yet, I also shave my face once or twice in a month, ?maybe that is somehow connected to this or maybe not. I also take multivitamins, fish oil, and trying to take care of my health in general. Please help me to get rid of these bumps/whiteheads/closed comedones or whatever this is. Which salicylic acid facewash should I use that won't react badly on my skin? I am scared as now my skin is way better than before and I don't want to ruin it in any way.
