Hello lybrate-user protein rich food are chicken (25gms/100gms), egg whites (3.5 gms/ egg), fat less paneer, milk, fish, soyabean. A person needs to take 1gm/ kg body weight protein. If you r working out requirement increases accordingly. For hair loss you need to take a balanced healthy diet. Take multivitamin tablets. Follow up with me. Regards.
