I am 20 years old female and have very serious low back pain. What should I do?

First try to find the cause of the pain. It can be muscular or joint and sometimes related to disc. Try doing gentle stretching exercises for low back. Use alternate ice packs and heat to painful area three times a day for 15 minutes try adjusting posture when sitting and use firm mattress and pillow.
