Hello Doctor, I want to ask a question for my friend and about her pregnancy status. She had twice got pregnant and both the child cesarean, and after that she had operation for Tubal ligation. But unfortunately because of her in laws she wants to get pregnant again, and want go for operation for third baby. So is it dangerous for any one a baby or a mother for same? Please help me out so I can refer her the same.

Opening the tubal ligation means another operation. And next baby will be again delivered by cesarean section. Tubes can be reopened, but carrying a third child increases the risk of uterus getting ruptured during pregnancy, so such pregnancy is monitored very closely throughout 9 months. If there is no other option left then only you can go for this surgery.
