Hye. The reason for eating chocolates is just purely because you are hungry. Definitely in the long run it will affect your health. Instead, try to keep more healthy food options like dry fruits, nuts, fruits, curd, fruit yoghurt, lassi, milkshake and healthy snacks like home made chivda or besan laddoo, chikki, sugarcanejuice etc. Initially it was just hunger that made you eat the chocolates but now it's become a habit. So, eat small but frequent meals to avoid hunger pangs and consequently indulgence in chocolates. He may look lean but internally his fat percentage will be getting askew. Try to gradually get into a healthy habit and the indulgence will disappear.

One chocolate bar of 25 gms is high in sugar and also high in saturated fats and if taken sometimes its okay and it might show its adverse effects if taken daily only after 40 years with respect to atherosclerotic changes but its a known fact that enamel of the teeth will get destroyed within a short time if taken daily and so I will suggest your son to eat the chocolate bar occasionally and not daily and also do exercise regularly and on alternate days.
