No mouth opening problem. But 2 doctor suggested osmf tablets. Sm fibro, antoxid, terminate plus. After take all medicine no improvements in my case. One ent specialist doctor suggested me new medicines. Hizol, melon 6, ongut, abvital. But no improvement. At present I am only taking amoxicillin 625. Kindly suggest me for good medicine in as above case.

Kindly stop taking amox 625. Quit habits strictly. Seems like you have oral submucous fibrosis (osmf). Kindly consult an oral & maxillo facial surgeon in person for further suggestion. We need more investigations with clinical examination to decide upon treatment. You may need conservative or surgical management for mouth opening depending upon the stage of osmf. As for now advice t.sm fibre-30nos, once a day for a month, c. Becosules 5 cap (enriched with vitamin a, vitamin b & vitamin e specifically), for five days in the morning after meals. Advance procedures can be done with laser. You may consult me in person.
