Hello you are really young to be losing hair. One reason could be stress due to approaching exams maybe or due to iron deficiency or vitamin deficiency. To know if you are deficient in any essential vitamin, check the levels of haemoglobin (hb), vitamin b12 and vitamin d3. These are the main deficiencies faced by the indian population in general. Correcting these deficiencies will help combat your hair fall. One of the best ways of correcting this deficiency is to have a balanced diet more of which is based on plants. Include green leafy vegetables, spinach, methi, shepu (dill) in your diet. Having fortified soy milk for 1 month will help as well. Include nuts like walnuts and dry fruits like dates, this too will help increase trace minerals. Include seeds like alsi (flax) roast them, grind them into a fine powder and use over vegetables, etc.
