I am a 26 year girl. Need to gain weight. Tried so many things but still I am the same. Please suggest something which can improve my weight in one month. I am 49kg now, height 5'6.

If you are active enough and your appetite is good and do not get tired easily, there's no need you should gain weight. Let it be natural process. However you may adopt positive calory intake balance i. E. Eat more calories than you spend. However with the help of some herbominerals, your metabolism normalises. It may gain weight if reqd by your body. In any case do not take harmonal medicines to gain wt.
