Diet programs often say you should eat more slowly. Does this really help with weight loss? Recently I lost 3 kg. Before one week I was 67 now 64 only.

Eating food slowly will help you feel more satiety and help in digestion of food better. This is always recommended for a healthy lifestyle and not only to loose weight. You should take small, frequent meals and take more of fresh citrus fruits and green vegetables which are low calorie to help lose weight.
