I am 23 years old male. I have masturbated since 2013 now my dick is small ,my testes are smaller when I cum little or no sperm comes out .i have been sleeping with my lady but she has not been getting pregnant .is this showing that am now infertile I won't father children during marriage or what can I do to end this so that I can enjoy my future marriage.
