Yesterday after my workout on my way home while walking I kind of lost balance and strength. And thought I was gonna fall. But I hurried home and laid down. Today too while working out I started shaking and my head feels light and congested since yesterday.

You r not in a state of proper hydration, you should take at least two litters of water n liquids before work up. At present sto or least work up. Ors, plenty of liquid to be taken. A to z cap one at night for two weeks.
