Left knee pain might be due to rheumatoid arthritis itself or secondary osteoarthritis. First check with your rheumatologist whether your disease activity is under control and whether folitrax is enough. X ray of knee has to be taken to see the severity of damage. After ascertaining the cause for your pain and gauging the severity then we have to decide on type of treatment. Please consult your rheumatologist for further guidance.
