Shalu both things are important for reducing body weight..1st its 30 to 45minute cardeo exercises preferable brisk wqlking and 2nd its diet control or taking healthy nutritious diet.. Drink warm water with lemon and honey early in the morning.. Maximum intake of water and green tea.. Dinner it should be light maximum till 8pm..take high fibre diet like oatsmeal or cornflakes in breakfast Avoid fast junk and refined food...
