I have severe pain in my shoulder when I tries to throw a ball. This started 3 years ago. I had some medicines then. Its normal when I do not do any anything like throwing or doing some heavy lifting or some kind of heavy exercise. What are the possible reasons for this and what should I do?

Hello Abhishek, It might be possible that you are suffering from tendonitis that is a swelling in the tendons which join the bones or which joins the muscle to the bones. Sudden jerk, lifting heavy weight or excessive twisting of the hand can cause such swelling. The best solution for this can be to give absolute rest to your arm for a week. If that is not possible, you can take medicines
