Hi, my right shoulder is lower then my left shoulder and sometimes there is severe pain. I do weight lifting. I think it is related to winged scapula. Please advice.

Then it is due to shoulder dislocation in the right side that's the reason it is lowered than the left. Shoulder strapping should be done to reduce the dislocation and take rest after. Shoulder dislocation reduction will be done by the Orthopaedic doctor and after wards you have to do shoulder strengthening exercises which should be done intensely
