I am girl of 21 years of age weighing 68 kg having 5. 5 ft height. I perform one hour exercise daily in the park. 30 min walking, 10 min stretching and 10 min skipping & balance time as rest. I came back my home at 8 am. After studying for 2 hours & taking a bath I take a nap of 2 hours. Please provide me the suggestion regarding the nap I take at 10: 30 to 12: 30. Is taking nap ruins my all efforts made in the morning. Please guide me regarding the same. Thanks!
