I had a recent (22nd november positive pcr) covid-19 breakthrough infection (pfizer vaccinated, 2nd dose on july 12th). As an elite athlete, I had my sports doctor check me up before going back to training (my covid course was rather mild with some coughing and sneezing + 3 days of around 38c temp.). The blood work shown elevated (786) level of ferritin. They recommended a check up in a month. I have done my research (unfortunately) and found out this might underline some quite serious conditions. Should I be worried?
